After opening my presents at The Mora's house on Christmas, Jamey set a poorly wrapped box in front of me. I could not imagine what could be inside this box only half-way covered with tissue paper. As I'm about to do my habitual pick up and shake routine, Jamey warns that it is fragile and I should be extra careful. This heightens my curiosity. As I slowly take off the paper I notice holes punched into the top of the box. What on earth? Is there an animal inside? I could not imagine Jamey getting me another critter due to his usually constant complaining about my other various animals. As I finally open the box, with a very confused look on my face, I reach inside and pick up a very aggitated bearded dragon! She had her full beard puffed and mouth open, ready to attack any who came near. If only I had a picture, I'm sure it was quite a spectical. I wish I could push the rewind button and see not only my face, but the faces of my family as I pulled out the almost hissing lizard.
After the shock came down, I played 20 questions with Jamey and found out how he had obtained her. About a month before, I had come across a female beardie on KSL who seemed like she had all the perfect qualities I was looking for. I had been periodically looking for a mate for my other dragon for almost a year. After getting in touch with the owners and starting to negotiate a price, they stopped returning my phone calls and e-mails. I was quite persistant, and quickly became frustrated when I recieved no answer and could not figure out what to do next. I really wanted that dragon! I kept complaining to Jamey and asking him what I can do to find out if they had sold it or not. But finally I gave up, and forgot about it. It turns out Jamey had bought her from underneath me, and kept her secret from me for a month! I can't believe he did that for me! I have such a great husband, THANKS BUBBY! But now when he goes to complain, I can just say its not my fault I have her, it's his!
After looking at all of my presents this year, I have come to the conclusion that I am spoiled rotten! My friends and family put a lot of effort and love in getting me presents they know I'll enjoy and that only proves how lucky I really am in having such loving and caring people around me! Thanks All, I love you!

Alayna and AndrewI didn't know if I could pull it off, but with everyones help he had no clue! His reaction when everyone yelled surprise, "Oh.... hi guys". Needless to say, I was a little disappointed. But what was I expecting with my always cool and collected husband?? (Yeah I know... cool and collected HAH!) But we had a BLAST! Almost everyone came dressed up for the 80's theme. Autumn made a wonderful cake that looked like a rubix cube, and I had a lot of help with my wicked awesome decorations. We played Rock Band all night and even my mom and dad played for awhile. It was a lot of fun and I appreciate all the help I got with planning and decorating!

Will this keep?
Hi, one of my friends has a blog so I checked it out, thought it was cool, and decided that I'll do one too. I'm not sure if I'll use it very often or if anyone will even come to check it out. But oh well, we'll see how it goes!
